The sunflower, or Helianthus annuus, is most famous for its extremely large and vividly yellow blooms. These plants are native to North America, but they are widely cultivated all over the world.

WHEN TO USE

Grow sunflowers from September until February!

HOW TO USE

Sunflowers do not like to be transplanted. Sow in garden. Sow seed at a depth approximately three times the diameter of the seed. Space plants: 20 – 30 cm apart. Harvest in 10-11 weeks.
